Can I  cancel XtraValue Auto-renewal?

You can simply cancel auto-renewal on your bundle anytime but bear it in mind that if you are on the XtraValue plan, you will have to opt-out of the XtraValue plan and if you are on PostPaid plan, then send No+Bundle code to 131, NoD300 to 131. With that, you will be free.

How to check MTN XtraBundle balance

You have no worries at all because you can simply check your  XtraValue Bundle balance by simply dialing *556# or *559*61# it will be sent to you as SMS on your phone.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  You can also be allowed to purchase multiple bundles while on the XtraValue plan.
